Sad to say you're still inside normal processing time of CSC :crying:

Look at my timeline below,we filed ours on Oct.30 and still waiting and waiting waiting..Only God know until when.

I feel so happy for those who got their Approval.

You can try to call them if u want, there is no harm in trying.

my fiance called CSC and like what we expected the staff there said they cant do anything cause our case is still inside their processing time. Its so appaling to hear that coz we have waited so long we're on our 172 days since we filed it and i have seen some November and December filers who got their approvals.

We cant do anything about it.Im just trying to be optimistic and keeping my hopes up.

OUR TIME WILL COME VERY SOON!

Even getting appoved doesn't seem to help much . So many of us that have gotten an Noa2 since mid March are still not at NVC apparently because CSC is sitting around not mailing the applications on to NVC. It looks like there is a month long wait after your approval before they do anything else.

serdar, not sure if you realise that the members of VJ represent only a very small proportion of the number of people who have actually filed applications... so it's impossible to say how many other petitions are awaiting adjudication that were filed before your own. Unfortunately USCIS do not disclose this information publically, so there really is no way of knowing. The lists compiled here only show data from the members of VJ, and so provide only a small piece of the bigger picture. It is wise to use it as a guideline only... bearing in mind that a 4-6 month wait is completely typical for CSC and therefore it is unlikely that any official will see reason to assist you further until this time frame has elapsed.

I know that it is very frustrating having to wait to be with the person that you love, but becoming agitated will only make the waiting more difficult for you. Sometimes you must be passive and simply wait. I understand that you need to let off steam, but you have made a number of posts now complaining and I wonder if perhaps you should focus your energy on something more positive that may help you to get through this process with a restored sense of equilibrium.

We are starting our pre-marital counselling soon, which is just one of many things to consider before you reach your goal of being together for the rest of your lives. Yoga and meditation are also good options - or any kind of exercise that will let you work out your frustrations.

I hope that you feel better soon, and that NOA2 comes soon to ease your heartache.

well how this is happening since they say that they do cases in order they receive ..i see a lot of december got aproved and still some october and november waiting on NOA2 ...there is something not right over there but usually takes 3 to 5 months as I see here ...let see what it is gonna happen othwerwise my lawyer has to check with them because it is getting really flustarating here ....and I hear some stories like they forget cases in some corners and if you do not look for your case and wait but one day you call them and hear sorry but your case has not been assinged to anybody yet so I do not want this happen that is why my fiance is going to call them tomorrow also lawyer even if i do not like my lawyer

My fiance and I have been waiting for this second form to be sent to us but nothing has came yet. It is a little upsetting to see others being approved that applied after us. We keep our hopes up though seeing that yesterday was our 6 month mark. We are learning to just be patient... I am not sure why some go faster and some slower but we applied on December 4th and the last time they "touched" us was March 28th... Hope this gives some of you hope that are in our shoes... Not everyone has been processed through Jan 17th as this website says... I wouldn't read to much into this date since I check it frequently and it seems to jump weeks forward or back in a course of 24 hours...
