I can't imagine what it is for - I assume the receipt # is yours/the-correct-number and that neither of you requested (and paid for) a duplicate notice - sounds like a mix-up.

Its Alvin asked uscis for NOA2 hard copy..Thats why case status saying that dublicate notice sent..
