I130 not at NVC

We're going to proceed with the 129-f petition. I called NVC today and found my I130 is not at NVC yet. Both the cases have been approved long back. DOes it normally take this long? Also, is there a deadline to turn in packet 3? Thanks.

Is your I129F at NVC??? Maybe this is why your I-130 is not at NVC yet...

I don't know what to tell you, ours still not at NVC either, but yours got approved way before ours... USCIS still has ours in their Mailroom!!!

If I am reading your timeline correctly, your I129F and I130 were approved together in February, and your I129F is already at the consulate. If this is true, and as your question indicates you are waiting to return the K3 P3 with the hopes of pursing the IR1/CR1, I say you should get that P3 in without delay. The I130s are usually held for AOS and I129F forwarded to NVC and then to consulate for K3s. This has been the practice for a while. Does your I130 NOA2 say your relative is in the US, this is the language to indicate that they are holding it for AOS.
