hi every one

im in worry and confuse so much

i did my interview on march ,15 ,2008

and i did well with the interview

but while the interview asking me (it wasnt much questions)

he asked me for my wife's divorce certificate and then he said it will be ok no problem

and then give me paper (incomplete documentation)

it was required for divorce certificate and my passport

he asked me to send

1 (divorce certificate ,

2and my passport

3paper (incomplete documentation)

and i did that after 15 days wich it mean at first of april

butt after that my wife send for them email she got reply from them saying

The case is pending administrative processing. We will process the case to conclusion once that has been completed.

and then next day i got reply from embassy saying

The case is currently pending final review. Once the process is completed, we will issue the visa and mail it via DHL

so the first my wife got it drive me crazy and make me worry coz administrative processing

in spite of i had no administrative processing or even required

so can any one help me what doesn it means?

or what do you think i can get it?

im waiitng for 20 days

Anything the Consulate does with papers you submit is a form of administrative processing. Sounds like you'll have the visa soon, unless they find more problems. If there was a divorce not documented when the case went through the USCIS service center, somebody in authority will need to review the whole case before issuing a visa.

my wife's divorce certificate had issued from court and it has been documented already

so

is there diffrent betwen ap wich the embassy do and additional ap/rp

i really appreciate ur reply and it make me much optimistic

23 Jun 2007 notification from Immigration that they have received K-3 Visa application.

11 nov sent my package to embassy in cairo

after that i lost and dont know where is my package coz dhl sent it by mistake untill i got it on 10 feb

and sent all my documents and medical check on 20 feb 2008

01april sent passport and fodivorce certificare via dhl

amro sometimes cairo can take a long time but they told u that they will mail u the passport with visa after the final review of ur case at least that is my understanding from what u wrote yep sounds like a long time but with the embassy u have to wait .........i know its difficult and hard to do.....i will say a prayer for u good luck

The people are both reading your questions and the answers you've been given. Continuing to ask the same question isn't going to get you the answer you want. All you can do is wait. That means, no you don't need to contact any politicians at this time.

Don't be upset.

As for my understanding, you are done with the interview so calling a senator or congressman is not applicable anymore as you are done already with the interview. Usually, filers call only the senator or congressman when the petition is still in the hands of USCIS (waiting to be approved).

In your case, you are approved already at USCIS. You are done already with the interview. Nothing to be done anymore , except to listen to what the Consulate told you. (as you said, they said they are in final review process of your visa, so , what you all need to do is JUST WAIT. )

Just hang in there, you will receive your visa soon. It wont take 3 months , lol don't worry.

As for some people who come and go to read your topic, that doesn't mean they don't want to help you, Maybe some of them, who also like you don't know what to do and so they don't know to answer you either. So cheer up..
