i like to inquire whats the best time to call us-manila embassy? whats no. to call to inquire for the interview date after case completion ? and whats the best time to pay doc verification? thanks any help is highly appreciated CR1

Best time to call is Philippines business hour time.

As long you have the MNLcase number you can pay the document verification fee already.

I dont know if its applicable also to CR1 the interview scheduling, but you can also call them:

it says "Starting March 19, 2008, those applying for K-1, K-2, K-3 and K-4 visas who have been notified by the Embassy to prepare for their interview can call 1-909-101-7878 (within the Philippines) to schedule an interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy. The cost of the 909 service is U.S. $0.98 per minute; this amount will be charged to your telephone bill."

your interview will be made by nvc thats who you should be calling they should be giving dates this week, you can pay doc, verification now or soon as you have a date keep checking iv appointment page it is tough waiting i know but just keep calling and checking the web page i dont have access here in manila with my computer at home but this week should have a date good luck and god bless

FYI, the number SHAPE gave you is for K3 applicants and NOT for CR1s. If you are still on CR1, the NVC here in the states will schedule the appointment for you. No need to call the embassy. The "calling" procedures are for K1, K2,, and K3s.

BTW, I called NVC two days ago was told they're still not done scheduling for the month of May. So... if you're still on CR1, there's still hope for us for a May interview.

If you're still on CR1, I suggest calling NVC instead by the end of the week. Speak to an operator and inquire about your case.

I see that you and your daughter got am RFE. Once they received your photos and the additional info for your daughter, things should be moving again.
