I got my NOA2 today in the e-mail!!!!

Now, I am a little confusted about he further process. Do I just gather the financial information and send it to my fiance together with the initial F129 Packet?

Can I do it right away, or I have to wait for something else from the USCIS?

Can he begin to gather his documents now, or he should receive something else, first? Please, help! What do we do now? I don't want to loose any time!

You will also need to send your NOA2 approval form you got from uscis. Relax, you have a little time yet but now is the time to prepare everything you will send to your fiance. The original I-129F, a copy of the entire I-129F, the affidavit of support form and any corrosponding papers. You will want the originals and at least one copy of each original (I did 3 copies of all). Also you will need to send (or your fiance will have to provide) evidence of your ongoing relationship. After your I-129F approval, it is sent to the NVC for 2-4 weeks, then forwarded to the foreign consulate. The foreign consul will send a packet to your fiance with instructions and forms.

September 8, 2006 - Interview - APPROVED!

October 15, 2006 - Arrived in USA

November 4, 2006 --- WEDDING!!!

April 20, 2007 - Mailed AOS

May 18, 2007 - Biometrics

July 26, 2007---GREEN CARD!(no interview)

April 13, 2009 - Mailed I-751 for Removal of Conditions

May 5, 2009 - NOA (extension approved)

May 18, 2009 - Biometrics appointment arrived today-scheduled for May 29, 2009

August 13, 2009 - Approval for removal of conditions (originally delayed due to RFE)

August 20, 2009 - 10 year green card arrived in mail

June 9, 2010</ - Treygan Isaiah is born

June, 21, 2010 - My adoption of Nathan is finalized

No lawyers and no problems
