All,

For the I-864EZ what did you include? Is it ok to put in the 2007 tax return with the W-2? Do you have to include the 1099? Might be tricky to get that as we want to send in the stuff this coming week. We could also include the last 3 years returns.

If the majority of your income is from W-2s then don't worry about the 1099. Genrally most people have a few hundred bucks in Interest income which is not really significant for verifying income. (My pension income is on a 1099R and that's a must to be included for our stuff.) Good Luck
