Filed in January to VSC and still no NOA2!!!!

Are there any other January K1 filers that filed at VSC that haven't received their NOA2 or at least an RFE?? Our file was "touched" on 2/24 and there has been nothing since then. I'm starting to flip out. I have been watching VJ's timelines and seeing all these approvals for people who filed after us and here we are with a whole lotta nothing. Just wanna know that Gamal and I aren't the only ones about ready to have a melt down. Need some VJer support

Check our timline, plz. Our case was touched maaaaany times...but what's the use??? Some cases approved with no many touches as I noticed, some after numerous touches....

God willing we will get our approvals this month!! I have been doing nothing but praying and praying. I am a little obsessed about checking USCIS website...checking it like 10+ times a day on some days because I will get this feeling that there has been a change, and of course, it always says the same thing. It is so frustrating!!! I suppose on one hand no news is good news, but UGH!! Thank you for replying, its comforting to know we aren't the only ones going through the 2/24 slump!!

we filed June 15th

and didn't get the NOA2 until October 29th........Ours was only touched once.

I think you are worrying a little bit too early.

It probably won't be until the end of May...........

LynnandAhmed.. you filed right before the influx which is why your petition took a little longer.

VSC has been back to their historically quick approval rate for a few months now and most Januarian () vsc filers here at vj have been approved.

I'm sorry for those of you who are having to wait longer. I hope you see your approvals VERY soon!!!

I am right there with you, and know what you are going through.

Even though we just got our approval, the sadness that it took so isn't going away. It's just so upsetting to know that if only we had had some luck, we could already have the visa in hand, and he'd be on his way to me for good.

But hey, if we got approved, may that means the VSC is trying to finish out the January cases!

It can't be too much longer. They are going to want to start on a new month of cases.

Just hold on tight. It's coming...

i'm sorry that it took you long to get the NOA2, as Kim has said, it was probably due to the influx...

out of 60++ January VSC filers only about 6 are left waiting for NOA2. It is easier to wait if all of you are waiting without a single approval yet but in Erin & Gamal and R & R's case it has become sooo difficult already... so, pls pls pls don't say that it won't be until the end of May for them. It will break my heart to see them wait so much longer.

Rina and Erin&Gamal: I wish and pray that you guys and all the others would get it soonest... hopefully before this month ends. Pls stay strong.

I hope you have your NOA2 soon - there are many that get NOA2s w/a few touches or more....we got ours after about 5 1/2 months from filing....good luck!!!! Melinda

As I told you before, I just feel a bond with fellow January filers.... I do hope and pray none of you will t be waiting so much longer. I hope VSC will hurry up and fgive you the NOA2.

You would need to register with USCIS site (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp;...SC48CvR8ZzAu_Fr)using your case number which is written on your NOA1 hardcopy, then everytime the "last updated" date changes, it means your case was being touched.
