A friend of mine is filing K1 and his fiancee has 2 kids, Does he need passport photo for the kids on the original application, or is it only the pictures for the fiance and fiancee that is required.

You won't need the passport photos of the kids on the Original Application. The kids are included on the I-129f, so there wouldn't be any associated fees for them.

You won't need the passport photos of the kids on the Original Application. The kids are included on the I-129f, so there wouldn't be any associated fees for them.

I-129F is not an application. It is a petition. You simply list the names of the children where asked on the form. After the petition is approved, each individual will have their own visa application and visa. Each will need their own passport and documents required for P3 and P4.

For now, just list the children's names and pay one single filing fee. Visa fees and status adjustment fees that come later will be per individual.

I was reading the K1 guide and on the list there's the letter of intent to marry within the 90 Days, The petitioner doesn't have that letter from the beneficiary as such it is a cause for an RFE? Is that something that can be taken to the interview by the beneficiary?
