HELLO GUYS...I AM SO DEPRESS, SO... SO... SAD... :crying: I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK NOW :crying: WE HAVE SEVERAL TOUCHES FOR BOTH I-130 & I-129F BUT NO CHANGE IN THE STATUS. :crying: IS THERE ANTHING MORE WE CAN DO??? WAITING FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE A LONG LONG TIME AGO LIKE OTHER FILERS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING.!!OK LET'S PRETEND THAT WE ALL HAVE THE SAME SITUATION. "SECURITY CHECK"??? WHY??? WHY THAT LONG TO CHECK? I BET NO ONE AMONG US HAS COMMITTED ANY CRIME SO BAD THAT IT WOULD TAKE THEM MONTHS TO CHECK :blush: SO WHAT IS WRONG. OUR I-129F, ISN'T IT THE PURPOSE OF THAT IS TO MAKE IT FAST FOR US CITIZENS TO BE WITH THEIR LOVED ONES. YOU WILL ALL AGREE THAT' ALL A LIE :devil: IT'S SEEMS FOR US IT ONLY MADE THE PROCESS SLOW???  :wacko: SO SLOW THAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 8MONTHS WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 6MONTHS. :crying:  :crying:

There really isnt much more you can do except hang in there & try to understand. Most of us here have had to do exactly that.

The real problem is 2.5 million of us & we all want ours to be done quickly. For reasons for security check review 9/11 & understand Homeland Security was created by Bush to help? us.

The 129 is designed to allow the family to be together as the other petition is being approved but does not take into account the millions of applicants that they now have in the system. It was never expected to be fast, just quicker than the 130 which takes forever.

I went thru all of this & in the end mine took almost a year. So long the 129 was almost not given because they felt we could just wait a little longer & get the CR1. A little longer turned out to be 4 more months so I was lucky they changed thier mind & gave us the K 3 after all.

09/aug/2007 - I-130 Packet received

19/sep/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

25/sep/2007 - NOA1 arrived

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on March 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-130 was approved in 258 days.

I-129F

09/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet sent to CSC

10/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet received

12/oct/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

20/oct/2007 - NOA1 received

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on April 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-129f was approved in 197 days.

NVC

08/may/2008 - replied to my e-mail sent on april 30, saying that our petition has been sent to the consulate.

Consulate

20/JUN/2008 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

AOS

18/mar/2009 - Packet delivered

24/mar/2009 - NOA for AOS and EAD date

25/mar/2009 - Check cashed

15/apr/2009 - Biometrics done

22/may/2009 - EAD approved
