There should be a lot of Oct and Nov filers left, I dont know where people are getting the idea that the service centers are moving any faster, Vermont most of all :wacko: Yeah we have had a few Dec filers and Jan, Feb, and Mar but doesnt look like they are really making great progress, at least not at a notable speed. Maybe the glass is just half empty in my eyes. I wish I was under the impression that they were doing something but we have people that are still from July that dont even have an RFE and Aug-Nov filers too. Nothing to show that anything is being done on their case at all. Now CSC has picked up a lot of speed compared to Jan and Feb but VSC still seems really far behind. Either that or they really did lose a ton of files and that is why they tell people now it is a 9-10 month process for I 130. Im sorry if I come across as hopeless but if I do I blame USCIS :blush:
