Police Records

Police certificates (Pasado Judicial) may be obtained in Bogota at the Identification Division of the Department of Administrative Security (DAS), Colombia's equivalent of a federal law enforcement agency. Colombian police certificates contain information regarding outstanding warrants only. They contain no information regarding prior arrests and/or criminal convictions. Police certificates have a validity of one year.

i believe she can get the police certificates in her city and as far as the ingress/egress records of her leaving/entering colombia,. she can order them and pay the fee for them in her city at the local DAS office and then pick them up in bogota when she goes for the interview.

i always advise going two or three days early to get all the medical exams and shots out of the way and obtain any pre ordered certificates.

also, i hope you can go to the interview with her.

it may cost you some extra money and time you were not planing on spending, but, it will make the interview go smoother.

i looked at your timeline and i would guess at this point your interview will be sometime in or around the month of august.

you will be able to estimate a closer date after you receive more notices as to the status of your application.
