Hi

My transaction showed p as paid today for the AOS fee , i tried to print the cover sheet and says error !

Has this happened to anyone?

Thanks

I called NVC and taled to an operator....after putting me on hold to check with supervisor, I was told that we won't be able to print documents until the payment clears out completely....yes it might shows as paid but it might not be completely cleared on pay.gov. She also mentioned that since we paid on line, NVC will be sending out these documents in the mail, will have to get them from online.

meant NVC will NOT send documents in the mail.

I'm not sure this will necessarily be the case. I noticed the automated phone system for me is now saying today, "A packet of information and documents was generated on April 17th and will be sent within the next few weeks..." and I spoke to an operator who said that it was my DS-230 so I expect I may get a hard copy. I think I'm just going to stick with the cover sheet from the shortcuts and be done with it.
