Who Do I Write To In My State for HELP ! ! !

As some of you know, my husband and his son had their AOS interview on April 13, 2006 and we had problems with Daryl's approval because of his age (18) and the officer doesn't know his K1/K2 facts . Anyhow, we still have not heard a thing, and Keith still has nothing to show he has been approved. The officer said he wanted to keep Keith and Daryl's files together, but Keith wants to know and needs to know if he has been approved. At least 4 other couples that had their AOS interviews that same week go their green cards a week later. We have still heard nothing. Myself and Daryl cannot take off work to go to an Infopass (in Atlanta again), so I want to write to a congressman or senator or whoever I write to. Can someone tell me who it is I should write/email/fax? Does anyone have any specific information for Alabama residents on this. Thanks!

You need to contact Spencer Bachus the congressman and his representative is Ms. Christian I beleive.

This link will get you the names and contact info for all of your representatives based on your zip code. Go to their websites and download the form that gives them permission to root around in your business. None of them will talk to you until they get the form. It can usually be faxed to them. As soon as you FAX the form get on the phone and call the office to find out who handles immigration issues for the rep. It is coming up on election time so you should get excellent service. If your first office doesn't help then call another. Just be sure to let them know they lost a vote when you hang up.

I went through some really serious ####### when I needed help with the visa. When I finally got some help from Bill Nelson's office I swore I would vote for the man every time the polls open. The rest of them are done for. I have been waiting quite some time for this election!!!
