On the day of our 3rd year Wedding Anniversary

I just went out for a walk to watch the sunset while thinking things over of leaving my wife and daughter for my wife not having her visa..

After my drama and decided to go back home, Suddenly I got a call from my wife..

She was so excited and told me to go home immediately..

As I came running home she shouted she got her visa..

A man came on a motorcycle carrying a big envelope with her passport!!

WOW!! God is great... Thank You to all VJers!! After the 2 months wait.. It has paid off..

Now its either I will buy them a rush plane ticket on monday to leave with me on tuesday night or extend my flight again..

This is the best Anniversary Gift of all... :dance::dance::dance:

IR-1 Visa for Wife

NVC Case Complete = January 2, 2008

Received Packet 4 here in the US (Interview Packet) = January 18, 2008

Case Left NVC Forwarded to USEM Manila = January 23, 2008

SLEC Medical = Jan 31 and Feb 1, 2008 (2 days)

USEM Manila Interview = February 20, 2008 @ 8:30am = DONE! (Status: 2 Months wait is over APPROVED)

CFO Guidance & Counseling = April 17, 2008

Visa in Hand = April 18, 2008 (Our Wedding Anniversary)

Arrival in the US and POE = April 23, 2008 JFK Intl. Airport New York City

Social Security Card = May 2, 2008

Green Card in Hand = August 18,2008

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

Congratulations!!!! Im so happy to hear that those who have been interviewed on Feb and March who's under AR got their visas already including me. April AR's, you're next. Just hang in there.

03/03/2008- INTERVIEW....... NSO sent documents for documentation

04/09/2008- visa approved!!!!!!

04/11/2008- visa in hand

04/14/2008- cfo stamp

04/23/2008- Leaving for seattle via china airlines!!!!!!!!

7/31/08- submit I-485, I-765

8/02/08- received in chicago lockbox

8/15/08- received receipt notice for I-485 andI-765 in the mail with notice date Aug 11

8/25/08- received biometrics letter with post stamp dated Aug 19

9/10/08- BIOMETRICS at USCIS Seattle 8 am!!!!!DONE!!!

11/7/08- EAD card production ordered yeheyyyyy!!!!!

GOD IS REALLY GREAT! Roserick... He do things His way and will always hear your prayers... im so happy that finally after this long stretch of waiting it pays of... i commend you for staying with your family thru thick and thin (i know how tough living in an unexpected budget)...
