Good Morning,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

In regards to your previous email Case of Fraud,

In order for the petition to be withdrawn, the NVC must receive a signed

written statement from an authorized representative of the petition (the

applicant, the petitioner, the applicant's attorney) indicating that the

petition should be withdrawn. If an attorney or accredited

representative submits the request, it must be accompanied by a G-28,

Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative.

Can someone explain me What exactly this mean I dont understand part where NVC asking

(the applicant, the petitioner, the applicant's attorney) does this mean either one of them or all of them

does this mean my wife my self and attorney I dont have attoreney in this case?
