What is packet 3?

Hello we have our embassy interview scheduled for May 27th... I am going wwith my fiancee... What is this packet 3? Is this the same thing as the documents required by the embassy for the interview that I found on the website? When do those docs have to be at the embassy? Before th einterview or can they be brought on the day of the interview?

In Mexico the packet 3 in the website of the embassy is the same with the packet that the embassy sends to us. The only difference is the appointment sheet. We took that forms and went to the interview. I don't know if it's similar in Philipines or not. Maybe if you post your question in your regional place you'll get accute answers.

You filed for your fiancee K1...so she will recieve packet 4 from embassy inside of that are the instruction for appliying the k1 visa, requirements on what to bring during the interview at the USE, Fee's for visa and for medical and also they are attach the ds-forms, just like mine i got them before my medical.

Packet 3 if i'm not mistaken that is for k3 or spousal.

Packet 3 is what you get and need to fill out/bring to your interview. Some consulates let you download the forms from their site..as stated above.

Packet 4 will include your interview date.
