AOS, AP, EAD multiple copies of documents?

I'm preparing J's AOS, AP, and EAD forms and accompanying paperwork. I have a question or two. Do we have to submit multiple copies of her passport and visa pages, birth certificate, I-94, etc. since we are filing I-131 and I-765 together with the I-485, or should we include only one copy of those documents? Some of the forms require the same documentation, and if all of this just remains in a single file for her, it would make sense just to include one copy for the entire packet. How do you guys recommend to proceed with this?

Also, does this have to be 2 hole-punched at the top, and bound from the top and such like the I-129F packet is done, or can this be placed in a small manila folder? Do the I-131 and I-765 need to be in separate folders or can they all be lumped in together with the I-485?

Thanks for your help.

You must treat every form as separated no matter if they go together. So I reccomend you that you attach to every form the copies of documents that are needed. You can put every form in folders, I only put a clip on everyone but I think that it's better if you separate them so. Good day

Each of the applications is independent of the other so you'll need separate evidences for all three. As for your second question, I did mine altogether in 1 folder with the 2-hole thing.

03.04.2008 Check cashed

03.03.2008 NOA dates for I-485, EAD, AP

As the other 2 said, treat each form seperately. What I did with mine was make a table of contents page and each form, along with evidence, was paper clipped together with the contents sheet on top(with check attached to contents page).
