Hi Guys

i have unusual question...

Does someone know if USCIS has a phone number or email address, or website maybe to post feedback?

I would like to commend them (yes commend :D) for the way they handled my wife's AOS case.

She just got aproved - 10 days after we sent missing papers (medical) :)

If you want, you can go to USCIS website and see if they have a section there for recommendation.

Congrats on your speedy approval.

They will probably die of shock when they hear someone is actually HAPPY with their service!!!

They only have email address to their webmaster, i might try that.

I must admit it shocked me too.

We did not submit the Medical papers with AOS application so they have send us RFE. It did not arrive for about a month so i called them.

The nice lady told me that they send it to an old address despite i have given them the new one. She promised to send the copy the same day.

Belive it or not, the copy arrived exactly 7 day later.

We did send medical papers on 03/22, we got notice that they have received it on 4/5/08 and send the approval on 4/15/08.

I was shocked myself. :blink:

Well, commending them for a job well done is such a miraculous occasion that I think it might deserve an old fashioned letter!
