My wife sent the same email to NVC on Tuesday night, she got an automatic response, but typically the email acknowledgement is supposed to take a week or more. I will keep you posted if I hear anything from them in the next week, and u do the same. Thanks

You don't need to fill out the actual DS-3032 and scan it in. Just generate an email using the template on the Wiki. If you follow this format exactly, they should accept it in lieu of the actual DS-3032. Then you can just ignore the ones they mail the petitioner and beneficiary. They'll take about a week to receive and enter the emailed choice of agent. You'll get an automated response right away letting you know they've received your email and details the guidelines of what you have to include in an email for them to respond to it. This doesn't mean you've done it wrong, just that so many people forget to put in the proper information that they've tagged it onto their automated response system. If you follow the template, you should be alright! :)
