i need help, i got married and things is just aint working with my wife, we both aint happy anymore, and we aint fighting, it just we closed the subject that we be togther.

i came here on k-1 visa, and we got married on decamber 2006, then applied and got green card for 2 years on augast 2007, after alot of RFE.

right now, she moved on with her life, and i started having my own life and job and house, we r close friends still and care about each other, but she wants her freedom, and i gotta give her her freedom

but i just leave everything i have done here and go back to my country, cuz i got life here, and i been working hard for my job and am doing best i can to have good life here, and i cant be doing that back in egypt again, espicaly after all things is going on there.

so what i could do, she can stand with me and support me, as she promised, she dont want me suffer back again.

my green card should be finshed on august 2009, but its condintion green card based on k-1 visa

what i could do, or how she can help me, with only one way getting devorce?

i would appericate really any help, or advice, me and her in same boat, we need to do the best for each other,

I would say, get a divorce and file for lifting of conditions by yourself. You only have to proof that you guys were in a bona fide marriage.

As nane1104 posted, you should just go ahead and file for a divorce. Once you have your divorce decree you can file the I-751 on a waiver. You don't even need to wait until 90 days before expiration of your 2yr GC. Just be sure to submit evidence that you had joint assets, bills and debts while the marriage was valid.

If you can successfully remove conditions, yes, you will recieve a 10-year greencard.
