Hey guys. COULD you please answer me which documents my husband got to present like proves that he can support me nowadays cause:

HE started running his own restaurant business since April 2007.

BEfore making the business he has been working in a furniture company like for 8 years and was getting 36 ooo $ in a year, payed of course taxes. So how can we really prove that he will able to support me? We already got the NOA-2 aprroval, and i am scared now about the financial part . :unsure: WHich doc we have to present?

He needs to provide you an I-134 signed before a Notary and a copy or IRS transcript of his 2007 tax return. If the income isn't enough on the tax return, you'll need a co-sponsor.

thanks for the answer, but i am wondering.... is not it necassary to provide the info about the last 3 years taxes?

It's a best practice, not a requirement. If it will make his financial situation look better, I would do it.
