i need help

i wan ask that my wife sign 134 aos and her uncle sign sign 134 aos as co-sopnser for me

she is sending original 134 sign by her and her uncle attested by us notry

and the tax papers she sending me is 'copy of tax papers' her uncle cant send original

will it work copy of all tax papers insted of original. :help:

pls advise

Just to be clear - do you mean I-864 instead of I-134?

To answer the question though... Yes, photo copies of the tax returns are fine.

Per instructions (section 25)

"You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year." "If you provide a photocopy of your tax return(s), you must include a copy of each and every Form W-2 and 1099 Form that relates to your return(s). Do not include copies of these Forms if you provide an IRS transcript of your return(s) rather than a photocopy."

I think the OP means I-134 Affidavit of Support (AOS) because their interview is in May.

OP, for the interview, you need original I-134s, the tax returns can be copies. When you apply to adjust status in the US, you will need the I-864.

hello friends

yes i applyed k3 and in india i-134 requried for k3 visa

i have orginal signed i-134 and attested by us notry signed my my wife and her uncle as co-sponser

i have copy of my wife and her uncle birth certificate for us citizen

and i have copy of there tax paper. and employer latter from my wife and her uncle have his bussiness.

pls sugest is that anything i need before interview

sorry i can't help u but we need ur help plz , how did u receive & send ur packet 3 via mail or email or in person? how did u get ur packet 4 ? what documents in packet 3 ? we really need ur help plz reply as soon as possible .
