ok im a bit concerned about my birth certificate,my mum and dad divorced when i was very small, she gave me her maiden name so i never been known by he name on my birth certificate.

i have a passport in he name ive been using and havent had any problems with it,now how do i get round this when filing for my K1?

Both my parens are now dead, also mu uncle who has advised me in he past as he was a solicitor.

i dont wan this to mess up my chances of my K1,but dont see a way round it.

i have driving license in he name on my passport, and have always been known with that name, but what if they ask for proof of name change it was nevere done legally and i have no family to ask.

Im not sure how you will get round this but they will want to see proof of name changes, either by marraige or deed poll.

Maybe a solicitor could provide you with an official document.
