The fat cheeks are unbearable. :blush:

I squeeze them regularly to make sure they remain squishy. He's learning to smile now, which is often accompanied by coos and giggles. Makes all the poop and spit up on me, very worthwhile

That squeezing does seem like a very important job. He really is a cute little butterball!

How much does he weigh now? I have such ####### baby experience. I've only ever been arund like 5 babies and that was only for a few hours at a time.... so thing slike weight really confuse me-- as to how fast they gain I mean.

Yesterday Ammar and I stopped by walmart and he did a first-- he took ME into the baby section (not me taking him) and he showed me the manly baby front-loaders and declared that he wanted one when we had a baby. I think he's just jealous of my metrowrap.

Awww, Jackie.

I remember when i turned 5 I cried for nearly a week. I knew it was the end of pre-school and it totally ruined my year lol.

How much does he weigh now?

A ton. Its been a few weeks since he was last weighed and he was already 12 pounds. He has his 2 month checkup tomorrow, so Ill have a grand total then. He's already outgrowing his 3 month clothes. I had to dig out out all the 3-6 month size duds. And he's been wearing size 2 diapers for a few weeks now. Carrying him in the car seat is a back breaker. But carrying him alone isnt too bad. He's pretty sturdy and holds his head up with minimal bobbing. He's even managed to roll from tummy to back a couple of times.

I heard something like that they wetre supposed to gain an ounce a day, but that seems really high... or is it? That has to taper off.
