yeah i guess...but the automated message didn't state that the IV bill was generated...but they do say in other posts that the automated message sometimes don't get updated right away...i guess its alright then...

My I-864 and DS 230 were generated the same day that the payment was processed and "paid." I called, just to make sure. I used the coversheets that I got online instead of the ones that I had created from JSC. The automated message for me jumped right to the DS 230 has been generated.

That's correct. You do not need to wait for NVC to send you the mails. As soon as you can verify that your I-864 and/or DS-230 have been generated by calling NVC, you can overnight the package(s) to NVC with your printed barcode cover sheet(s) online. The option to use the online cover sheet or James's Shortcut one is up to you. I created both of my barcode sheets from James's method. Good luck!

I paid my IV bill online on Saturday and today i saw that the status changed to Paid and I can print out the coversheet. Even though I can't mail out my DS230 I called NVC and the automated message still says the same thing..."NVC has received the DS3032 and will send out instructions in the next few weeks"....this is only at the AOS stage...I sent out my I-864 yesterday priority so do you think the message will change once they receive my I-864 package...even though other members has wrote back and told me i shouldn't worry that I paid the IV bill online even though the message didn't say so but I'm worrying...why is my message not changing...anybody else experience this...

It takes a day for the automated system to update. You'll probably hear that the I-864 has been generated on there tomorrow. If you talk to an operator they have the most up to date information.

Can you give us a sample of your email that you send NVC to request the Invoice ID Number because I been trying to get that number from NVC for the last 3 days and it's not working for me, they won't give it to me. So I wanted to try to send them an email and request it that way. I am so bothered that I can't get it that number and you guys did

When, I called this morning to get IIN, the not-so friendly operator said that they are testing it with few attorney's for their clients and so it is not generally available. I did not get IIN!!!!

I plan to call again this evening.

Petitioner's Name and DOB =

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is NAME. I am the agent and the husband of WIFE'S NAME. The Immigration Visa Bill for our case has been generated on XX/XX/2008. I would like to know the

Invoice Identification Number

for our case so I can pay the Immigration Visa Bill online.

After I send the email, I received the standard automatic reply as usual. After 6 days, NVC emailed me back with the IIN.

I just called NVC for my IIN and they gave it to me right away.

I got the IIN last night as well (very nice man- I got lucky) and I just paid my AOS fees I am so excited!!! But I wasn't able to pay for my IV Fee yet... Hope in a couple of days I can.... WHEEEE WHOOOO

Congrats...I'm glad to hear you finally did... ... the night crew rocks... .... usually as soon as your DS3032 is accepted you should be able to pay your IV bill...even before the automated machine tells you its generated....
