Hello VJ'ers! My fiance' just filed last week our I-129F Petition, he sent it via Fedex which doesn't accept P.O.Box receipients. We learned that USCIS (CSC) has a different address if we got to use private couriers. Would this somehow affect the timeline of our petition being opened or touched soon or not? I don't have any idea on how it will go through.

Please share to me if you have any idea or experience about this.

Thank you...more power to this site!!

IT SEEMS THE CSC IS WORSE THIS MONTH THAN IT WAS LAST MONTH. AND NVC IS FAILING TO RECIEVE WHAT CSC SLOWLY CHURNS OUT. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU NEED TO BE CONCERNED WITH IS YOUR NOA1. ONCE YOU GET THAT, YOU WILL BE IN THE LINE WITH EVERYONE ELSE. I TOO WILL BE SUBMITTING OUR I-129F PACKET IN 3-4 DAYS, AND HAVING WATCHED THIS SITE FOR SOME TIME, I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE FUTURE HAS NEVER LOOKED WORSE. I WISH WE HAD GOTTON OUR THING TOGETHER EVEN 2-3 MONTHS AGO. GOOD LUCK TO YOU, AS I LOOK AND ESTIMATE MY POSIBLE OUTCOME, I TEETER OFF OF CHRISTMAS AS AN INTERVIEW DATE. (GIVE OR TAKE A MONTH) AND THAT IS IF NO INTERUPTIONS HAPPEN DUE TO THE ELECTIONS THIS YEAR. KEEP YOUR TIMELINE CURRENT, AND CROSS YOUR FINGERS. I WILL TOO.
