Can anyone please answer my 2 questions ?

As part of DS-230 (Assume Petitioner is designated as the Agent for the beneficiary) Immigrant Visa Application submission to NVC, the following ORIGINAL documents of the beneficiary are submitted along with one set of photocopies:

1. Cover Letter

2. Barcoded Cover sheet

3. Completed and signed (by Beneficiary) form DS-230 Part 1

4. Completed and unsigned (by Beneficiary) form DS-230 Part 2

5. Original Birth Certificate and School Record of the Beneficiary

6. Original Marriage Certificate of the Petitioner and the Beneficiary

7. Original 2 Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship of the Petitioner and the Beneficiary

8. Photocopy of the valid Passport’s Biographic Data Page of the Beneficiary

9. Original 2 Police Certificates of the Beneficiary

10. 2 Passport size Photographs of the Beneficiary

First question, do I miss any of beneficiary's documents ???

Second question, do I (as a Petitioner and Agent) need to submit the following my ORIGINAL documents such as:

1) Birth Certificate

2) U.S Passport Copy and/or Naturalization Certificate

3) 2 Passport size photographs

4) Last 3 years IRS Tax Transcripts (This will be submitted as part of I-864 AOS)

5) Employment Letter (This will be submitted as part of I-864 AOS)

6) Last 3 pay stubs (This will be submitted as part of I-864 AOS)

Thanks

Thanks YuAndDan !

One more question - I am sponsoring my wife and she is the intending immigrant.

So technically, household count is 2 for I-864 AOS. But there is a column for spouse again, so if I put 1 there, I'll get 3. Which is correct ?

First she is immigrant so is counted as immigrant, NOT wife. Later on after she in the USA and has a green card and perhaps you sponsor another immigrant, then you would count her as wife.

I believe your household size would be 2 unless you have children or someone else living with you. You=1 and Spouse=1, ignore the "wife" line, it states in the instructions that it does not apply.

Thanks Tiane ! It is really confusing  On the same page of I-864, it says "Do not count the same person twice".:unsure::unsure:
