Sounds like Google. I saw a page once (can't find it now, and Google ironically fails me) of what office space at Google looks like. People have all sorts of stuff in the cubes, they bring their dogs, they even have a model train that runs on top of the cubes! Looks like a cool place to work, and they have really cool products too.

They do all that stuff cause they expect a lot from their employees, but they give back to keep them happy. Kind of like the difference between Wal*Mart and CostCo. CostCo pays their employees decent wages and gives them benefits, and every time I'm there they look happy, hard-working, and always ready to help. While the first and only time I darkened Wal*Mart's door was 1993, I've heard many many stories about how surly and crappy the workers are there.
