We did our bios in July and our file was touched - but still waiting. Based on what I saw with USCIS they are processing requests om 751s from January 2008.

Patiently waiting - seriously. Patient this time around :thumbs:

N-400 - Naturalization/Citizenship

10/26/12 - Sent N-400 packet to Phoenix lockbox via USPS mail w/Certified Delivery, received 10/29/12, check cashed 11/02/12

11/05/12 - NOA-1 received, notice date 10/31/2012, received and priority date 10/29/2012

11/09/12 - Biometrics notice received, biometrics appointment date 11/19/12

11/21/12 - In line for interview scheduling (letter received via USPS mail 12/17/12)

01/16/13 - N-400 interview/testing - APPROVED! Oath ceremony letter received late Jan. 2013

02/26/13 - OATH CEREMONY COMPLETED - NATURALIZED US CITIZEN!

751 - Removing Conditions

06/28/08 - Sent 751 packet to CSC via USPS Priority Mail (signature required)

07/05/08 - NOA received, dated 6/30/08

10/23/08 - Card ordered: APPROVED! (USCIS website)

10/30/08 - 10 YR GREENCARD RECEIVED

K-1 and AOS

07/07/05 - K1 Packet received - USPS tracking

09/19/05 - K1 approval online

12/01/05 - 1st K1 interview in Kingston: need updated birth certificate

12/13/05 - 2nd K1 interview in Kingston: Approved!

05/01/06 - AOS/EAD packet received

08/09/06 - AOS interview in SF: APPROVED!

08/19/06 - 2 YR GREENCARD RECEIVED

Jonsie, are you looking on the USCIS website for that date? Or somewhere else? I have seen people on this forum who have been approved after sending their apps in March and April lately.

We're patiently waiting too. Not much we can do...

VSC takes forever...someone recently got approved from October 2007. We filed February 08 :wacko:

CSC is now processing dates from April 1, 2008. I just checked our status online as this is our service center.

Yes. I can't believe and Jay is 5 months already.

Glad to hear that everyone is patiently waiting :D

Not sure what that could mean Dee. Maybe looking up old evidence that you submitted prior to the LOC...just a guess.

Hi all... nice to see Yardies getting together on here... been on here officially for a while, but just discovered this...

i am in the process of waiting... and waiting on VSC probably have 5-6months to go depending on how things go as of the current time line... but no rush as as long as i have my NOA i guess

Mailed N-400 March 6th via priority certified mail and Rec'd 9th (confirmation by USPS)

NOA rec'd: 3/19/2009 (date 3/16/2009, priority 3/9/2009)

Biometrics rec'd 3/26/2009, appt 4/9/2009

IL: 5/22/09

ID: 07/06/2009

Oath: 07/16/2009

SSN updated: 7/16/2009 (not received yet)

Passport rec'd: 8/15/2009(nat. certif not rec'd yet)

What does your online status say?

I was reading in the ROC forum that someone's online status said something about them being transferred blah blah blah so I was wondering what yours looks like?

Here is mine:
