Hey, just got married, filling out the I-765, what is my "Current Immagration Status" (question 15) now if I came here on a K-1 visa?

I put "adjusting from K1"

be sure to use eligibility category C9 (adjusting status). If you use A6 (k1 visa), your EAD will only be valid until your I-94 expires.

Be sure to send in your I-765 together with your I-485 application. Your eligibility for EAD (c9) is based on your being an adjustment applicant. If you don't send your I-485 in, then you will not have any valid basis for the I-765.

I put 'K-1 Visa'. The example forms link on top of page was very helpful in filling out the forms...
