we got a receipt notice for the I-131 dated february 22. But when I try checking the case status on uscis website it is not showing up. I just called and tried to check the status that way and I get same thing. It's like the case number is not even in their system even though we received our receipt. Has anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions on what I can do?

All 3 of our receipt notices had a MSC prefix that we cannot check online. Do you have this prefix?

I got both my EAD and AP weeks ago and it is still not showing up on their website. I figured as long as I got something in the mail, I'll be happy with that.
