Social Security Office says fiancee not in SAVE-ASVI yet

We waited 2 weeks after my fiancee arrived in the US on a K-1 visa to get married, then another week to go apply for her Social Security Number. The worker said her name did not appear in the SAVE-AVSI database yet. We waited another week and went back again with the same result (different Social Security worker). So its been over a month since her arrival at LAX now.

I didn't want the Social Security Office to do a manual verification because I have seen posts here with people waiting months for that to complete . . . anyone have any idea who I could contact about checking why her name is not yet in the SAVE-AVSI system or what my next move should be?

I don't have much in the way of wisdom to offer, just my own report:

We waited 2 weeks and 3 days here in Omaha, and didn't have any problems at all. I think the general advice is to just wait another few days and try again.
