We applied for AOS on 9/27/2007

received NOA on 10/9/2007

had BIO appointment 11/1/2007

Case transfer to CSC 12/20/2007

last touch 12/28/2007

my question is that the CSC processing dates for I-485 shows September 17th, 2007 for completed apps.

But, the site shows "Basis for Filing" as Employment-Based Applications.

is that date for All I-485 apps transferred to CSC?

Will our aplication for a Green Card still be processed in a similar fashion even though we filed for my wife as a K-1 Visa entrant that married within the 90 days?

or is the CSC timeline for processed I-485 apps only good for Employment-Based apps?

Also, does the transfer of our application to CSC mean that we will probably just be approved without any interview for a Green Card?

CSC for some reason does not list family based AOS application times.

A transfer to CSC probably means no interview but not 100%.

YMMV

OK, now the USCIS shows a Touch April 16th, 2008.

I am searching for other postings, but does this in general mean that we may expect notification/decision in the next week or so?

thank you.

maybe ... maybe not.... you cannot put any "faith" in a touch.... maybe someone spillied coffee on your file and the scanned it as they cleaned it up and put it back in the box on the shelf in the storage room...
