I had trouble finding the page yesterday. When I went back to the website, the link for Online Payment wasn't there anymore. So I looked through my history and I found it.

I've already sent my payment via USPS (I kept trying all morning and it didn't work). I wasn't sure how long it was going to take so I mailed. But for those of you who want to keep trying here it is:

https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

Good luck and I hope everyone can pay it that way now!!

As for me and anyone else who is going to mail it, I'm thinking that once my payment is received, I'll be able to log in and see the invoice PAID and print out the coversheet and not have to wait until the automated message is changed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that!!

I mailed in my AOS fee bill and it's been entered. When I log into the online system it shows that it has been paid and the check box is grayed out so I can't pay it again, but it won't let me get to the receipt area to print a cover sheet for the I-864, so I just used James's Shortcuts for that. I guess you have to pay using the online system in order to print cover sheets from online.
