Security is a given. Most airports need to basically be reconstructed to allow for new security checkpoints as well as built in bag x-ray features. There are lots of new and improved airports around the world that are doing this quite well. Where you don't have to see those X-ray machines in the public etc. The airport in Auckland New Zealand is awesome. And they have some of the toughest security I have dealt with. Whereas half of the workers at Dulles look like they have been born overseas. The other half have a bit of an attitude problem.

I remember seeing a lady from th UK stop and ask an employee a question and he was basically like "ehhh I don't know". Basically continued walking on.

From airports, to attitude, to the airlines to the stewardesses. The industry truly needs a huge overhaul. Consolidation is the first step.

No problem for me with workers from overseas, even in security positions. My fiancee is obviously from overseas.

The other half have a bit of an attitude problem.

I don't know about that. Some of the shittiest airports I have seen, in the world, are in the US. Run down and in severe need of upgrades. LAX international has not been upgraded since 1984. I was watching the movie airport the other day from 1975 and noticed Dulles looks pretty much the same as it did back then. 33 years ago..

The only airport I like here is Dallas.

I think what we all need to remember is that certain areas of each airport might look nicer and have better upkeep than others, especially if it receives more traffic and is the hub of a major airline. For instance, IAH in Houston, TX has five terminals -- Terminal A, B, C, D and E -- which are all different.
