I love the show!

And FYI it's not farfetched for doctors to go to ppl's houses.. it does happen. Medical examiners have been doing it for years, and doctor's in special cases are sending out PA's to do that to gather evidence if it's a case that has no known origin.

Right! And House gets all the cases with no known origin, so that's why they're always going to people's houses...

I think she stood up to him well though in last night's episode when he brought Foreman's dad in.

And I liked the part where Foreman's dad said that Foreman calls him "manipulative ba$tard" and House said it was a pet name and he called Foreman "Dr. Bling"

It stinks. It's the same show every week.

That's exactly what I told my husband There's a weird disease in every episode, and House is the only one who can save/unmask the patient. I don't really like his attitude....and if that were a real hospital, you better believe I wouldn't be going there!

I love House! I couldn't usually watch it last year because it clashed with The Amazing Race and we could only watch one of them, but this year they've moved the timeslot, and we have a DVR so last night we could watch one and record the other to watch right after!

We're hooked! I have watched it from day one and love House's sarcasm. There are doctor's with that kind of attitude and that, to me, makes the show even more realistic.

True - sudden illness, a series of incorrect diagnoses the treatment for at least one of which will either kill or cure the patient, and finally the correct condition is identified and the patient makes a full recovery. Along the way House pisses off at least one associate (they seem to be on a rotation, a different one gets zinged each week), one superior, and all of the patients with mundane conditions who he is unable to avoid.

But House himself is fantastic!

I just think it is odd that he often sends one of his team out to break into a patient's home to search for clues. I don't think that is usual.

I can understand a Medical Examiner applying for the necessary documentation to carry out an investigation of a patient's home but they usually do this after a patient has died. Of course, House doesn't seem to have any patients that die so I guess it doesn't matter really.

Anyway, I just love the show.

We love House! But since my husband works on second shift he always missed it. We love how sarcastic he gets and all the mysterious disease. Great show!
