Hi, So my I-130 was just approved today, which means more work for NVC...

So the steps after I-130 I'm not familiar with at all. Can someone walk me through it? Also, what's the James' Shortcut?

Anyone have any clue what's the waiting time for Montreal Interview?

And also, go to the top of this page to the tabs and click on PORTALS, u will find the ppl going thru the process from Canada.. they can help u with questions and answers for your embassy, times, etc.. the more u read posts in these two places, the more u will know the process and what to ask. :star:

02/20/2008 : $355 check cashed

02/25/2008 : Case available to view online

08/26/2008 : Email: Case will transfer to CSC

08/27/2008 : Notice Sent: Case will transfer to CSC

09/04/2008 : Email: Case arrived and pending at CSC

09/05/2008 : Touch

09/08/2008 : Touch

09/23/2008 : Approved !!! (217 days | 31 weeks) from NOA 1 (235 days | 33 weeks) from file
