Raleigh, N.C. – The recent controversy over Barack Obama’s ‘bitter’ comment does not appear to be causing him any harm in North Carolina. He continues to lead Hillary Clinton 54-34 in polling conducted over the weekend.

Obama leads in every region of the state, including those dominated by small towns.

PPP surveyed 538 likely Democratic primary voters on April 12th and 13th. The survey’s margin of error is +/- 4.2%.

He does very well in states that don't vote democrat in the general elections. I wonder if that will end up in his favor.
