Have not casehd the checks

Its been a couple weeks since my AOS app was recieved via FedEx and they still haven't cashed the checks. Looking at others time lines it seems they should have cashed the checks by now and sent out NOA. Would it be helpful for me to call them and inquire about the status or should I wait longer? Thanks.

You can call but if you do not have a case # they will be hard pressed to be much help.... I will assume you sent it to Chicago... BTW, Chicago is beginning to discouraging private courier (Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL) deliveries and wants only USPS.
