I came in here a minute ago to post this and totally forgot! I'm sitting here working, snacking on trail mix, and realized that this trail mix contains roasted soy nuts. For those of you that are new, I posted right after I came back from Morocco that Abdel's sister who is a nurse fed us all roasted soy nuts as a snack during "that time of month". She said they help reduce cramps.

So, Noura, and anybody else who wants to try it, or just wants a low carb, high fiber snack, it is Sam's Choice Nature Trail mix, in a 28 ounce zip top bag. I got it at Walmart for about $5. I really love it because it is good enough to satisfy an afternoon muchy attack, but not so good I can't stop eating. If I get one of the mixes with chocolate in it I eat the whole bag in a week. I've had this bag for at least 2 weeks now and it's still half full.

Cool, thanks for the tip, Liz! I eat a Sam's Mountain Trail Mix, but no soy nuts... altho, I do love me some soy nuts now! I'm supposed to dance tomorrow nite at the restaurant, but got someone to fill in for me cuz my energy is just low and we have to do this festival this weekend. Gonna stay home tomorrow nite and do some lite work around the house and rest up.

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

Well, its 10:51pm and Thursday is coming to a close. Time to shower, put on some pj's, and slide into a nice fresh bed for the night! For those of you who don't work Saturdays, Go to work tomorrow knowing that its the last day for the week and you'll have 2 glorious days to be a complete and total couch tater, remote hogging, slob!!!!!! WOOOOOT! ..i always look forward to my "couch tater" days!

I'm glad I'm not the couch potato type. My weekends are insanely busy and I'm usually thankful to slip back into my desk chair on Monday Mornings. We have a weekend of yardwork and catching up on cleaning that has gone undone during the semester. I do hope to have a little time to start reading the book I selected for this semester break.
