Hello VJ Family, I heard from a friend that the NOA2 will be approve in USEM? How true is it? I mean after the NoA1 is it true that they will forward the application in USEM? Just curious coz i thought it will be process in the center where you sent the application.. for instance in Vermont since we had submitted it there. We are a February filer and until now we still haven't received our NOA2 yet I saw some of the couples here who filed later in February and they already have their sched interview upon seeing in their timeline, how frustrating for us.... guess It's just part of my boredome waiting for the approval... hopefully soon!!!

God Bless us all!

Your case will be approved at the service where you submitted your documents , once it gets approved USCIS will forward it to NVC then NVC will send it to US embassy in Manila.

Hello,

NOA2 means "approval" and its being processed at the service center to where your fiance sent your petition (VERMONT). Don't worry, there are many there who sent their petition back in August 2007 and until now still waiting for their NOA2. And if you saw like January or March filers being approved its because probably they are K3 filers who prior filing the 129-F this January or March they had previous first application in IR-130 back in mid of last year.

So, just hang in there, and more patience.. A lot who are waiting still who filed months ahead of you and still has no NOA2.

Good luck.Don't worry it will be sometime soon for your Noa2. Keep posting.1079219ew0ut6yidt.gif
