BUT SHE LOST HER JOB DECEMBER 2005.SINCE THEN SHE HAS NOT BEEN WORKING.

SHE ALSO OWNS A HOUSE,WHICH SHE PAYS MORTAGE OF 1200K EVERY MONTH.

MY QUESTION IS CAN SHE USE HER PAST PAY SUB AND INCOME TO FILL THE FORM 1-134

OR DOES SHE NEED A CO-SPONSOR?

I AM GOING THROUGH LAGOS NIGERIA, AND I LERANED THAT LAGOS DON'T ACCEPT

If members with experiences from Nigeria have replied to you that the chances are very small of a visa being granted if one uses a joint sponsor then I would be going by their experiences. It seems on reading the thread in the Regional forum that is exactly what they have told you. Some consulates will not accept joint sponsers and it appears that Lagos is one of them.

Have you read the pinned thread in the Foreign Embassy Forum on the I-134. Here is the link http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=305

Also......the I-134 is only one thing that a conof conducting the interview will look at in determining if the applicant will or wont become a public charge.
