hi again!

well after reading and re-reading hundreds of posts on here (my bible) i just wanted to clarify what my SO needs to send me for the interview.

does he need to send me the whole copy of the I129 thingy he sent in?

or does he merely need to send me the affodavit of support, wage slips and tax return bits and intent to marry letter?

i don't want him sending all that extra stuff to me if it's not needed.

do i just tell him to go ahead and send the whole lot?

as always any help will be greatly appreciated!

does he need to send me the whole copy of the I129 thingy he sent in? Not really. That is really for your own records and so that you know what was included in the petition.

or does he merely need to send me the affodavit of support, wage slips and tax return bits and intent to marry letter? Yup. Also, any proof of relationship that you may have (photos, boarding passes, etc). If he is divorced, you may need the original divorce decree.

i don't want him sending all that extra stuff to me if it's not needed.

do i just tell him to go ahead and send the whole lot?

you can download the forms needed here on vj like the ds156 that generates the barcode( 1 original and one copy), affidavit notarized (orig and copy), photos, and other proof.
