Just elated about receiving the K3 in Casa and what happens????????

My husband looks at his VISA and it has the WRONG BIRTHDATE ON IT....

the year is wrong :angry::wacko::crying:

omgggggggggggggggggg

has anyone had this happen??

that is why i was so upset to hear how they rushed him out of his interview

now he basically has a visa that could be in severe question at the POE

can anyone help or suggest what they would do?

and on top of that his interview for CR1 is in one month....

happy but I swear ...one step forward...two steps back

if i see him in front of me here.....IT WILL BE MIRACLE!

There's no question that the safest thing to do is get it corrected but in this case it's not a name, just a birth year. I would fear some administrative review, even if just enough to make sure they did all the security checks using the correct date. If they didn't, expect a lot more waiting.

My gut tells me get on a plane and deal with dates during the AOS process.
