Makes you wonder what happens if you don't get it all done within ten days...

I was late a bunch of times mailing this off and there was no repercussions :no:

you can fill out the AR-11 online now too...

That's good to know.

USCIS may never know that you have moved - they don't keep track of illegal immigrants, why would they notice that you moved and didn't file the AR-11.

I mean we'll do it anyway since I follow rules, but I agree with Marilyn that there will be no repercussions.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

Well, you don`t know that in every circumstance. It says right on there on the form that you can be removed for not complying.

I am not saying you shouldn't fill out the form at all.. I am just saying there doesn't seem to be any repercussions if you file it late...

i think they want to keep track because they have an updated address in case they need to send you anything....
