Hi

I have a question from a friend.

On the DS-230 can i person put there their new married name and under others names used their maiden name , even if her passport is under her maiden name and the petition was originally filed under her maiden name?

Would this cause an RFE?

She wants her green card to come undr her married name as this is the name she intends to use once in the USA.

Thanks
