Hi,

We are waiting for our I-130 interview (April 23) and I have been going through the assorted documents checking that everything is filled out properly. A few final questions popped up as I checked the documents. I put them in order of my concern (most to least).

I-864 #24e:

I do not understand this very well. I put "None" on line 24B because I assume 24e is referring to 24b. However, the example I864 form on this website shows "None" for 24B and the beneficiary's name on 24E. This does not make sense to me, but should I put wife's name on 24E?

I-130, question #15: Relative's present employer

My wife has two jobs. Should I (A) list the main job, or (B ) add an attachment and put both?

G-325: Applicant's last address outside of the U.S. for more than a year.

We have only been married 8 months, so our present address (in Japan) has only been for 8 months. Should we list (A) our present address even though less than a year (B ) our previous addresses outside of U.S. that were for more than a year?

DS-230 #22: In what occupation do you intend to work in the U.S.

My wife does not intend to work for now. In the future, I do not know if she will get a job or not. I put "N/A". Should I put some sort of future possible job instead? Right now, we really don't know.

DS-230 #23: List all Educational Institutions

Do we include High School/Grade School, or is this only post high school institutions? We already filled out the high school/grade school, so if it's ok to include, we will keep them.

Thanks,

John

Our interview is one week away now (fingers crossed). We are still a little concerned about the questions I posted. In particular the first three (especially the first I864 question). Any one have any ideas?

Thanks,

John
