SSDI for I-134 affidavit of support

I can't figure out if a co-sponsor is necessary. My annual social sercurity is $24,428, with one depent child. Plus over 10,000 in bonds, house owner. Pls help..G/F need I-134 for her internview next month. I plan to send copy of SSDI benefit document, copies of my bank statements from 2 banks, Form SSA-1099 social security benefit statement that I paid no taxes. What else should I send? thanks

The USCIS poverty guidelines for Three people is $22,000. So, if your fiancee doesn't have any kids - you are OK and dovnot need to disclose or submit any other info like banks and stocks and assets. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf

My fiancee has my newborn baby, need to apply for passport to get citizenship for baby. Would baby make it four? Then what do i need??

Yes, of course, baby makes four, so the 125% guideline is $26,500.

Technically they could accept 100% ($22,200) instead of 125% but many Consulates treat the I-134 like a "pre" I-864, since those will be the requirements when you file for AOS.

I'd have another sponsor if I were you. The actual standard for the Consular officer is to judge whether the immigrant is likely to become a public charge, not simply whether some minimum guideline is met.
