I have here a special news bulletin about Canada and an important message regarding Canadian beer. I believe it should be watched by all present. :D

NOTE: I linked to the two YouTube videos (which are meant to be humorous, not insulting) above instead of embedding them so they wouldn't slow down the page while loading and in case you have video files turned off (if you're at work, for instance), you can still view them by simply going to the website itself.

I've had a couple of friends from work (jokingly) tell me that I need to watch out for those Canadians! You never know what they're going to do and I could be jeopardizing national security by marrying a foreigner. :jest: I'll have to show them this video so they know they were right!

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied,that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

It was on TV awhile back!! So I Tivo'd it, then transferred it to my computer!! I like free!!

I LOVE free, much better than having to buy for sure. I am planning on buying some DVD's off of Ebay as well, like Corner Gas, or I might just buy that one off their site. My postman is great hasn't complained too much when I get to ordering much on Ebay.

Love the Tivo!! I have it configured into my wireless network, so I can record on the Tivo, send in to my computer, where I can burn it into a disk! Works great!!

I have DVR so basically I believe it is the same. Summer is coming and I am hoping not to be watching too much tv, lots to get down outside. Maybe in the fall I will figure out how to do that and have stuff on DVD as well :thumbs:
